Luc Bauer

Luc joined +ND Capital in 2002. He is currently a board observer of Crocus Technology and a member of its IP committee. Previously, Luc served as a board member and board observer of Natron Energy, Xtellus (acquired by Oclaro), SBA materials and of other Swiss and US companies. He serves on the Board of Seyonic, a Swiss company.

Over the last 30 years, Luc accumulated extensive experience in building, developing and managing companies in high tech industries. He co-founded several companies including Eurosil, nCHIP, SVISION, Hana Microdisplay Technologies, and served in various executive positions as Chairman, Board Member, and General Manager. He was part of the executive team of Integrated Device Technology, which accelerated its growth after a successful IPO in the 80’s.

Luc obtained his Master of Science in Physical Engineering from the Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, Switzerland (EPFL), and his MS and PhD in Engineering Science from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech).
